Cabo Verde real estate market has been named the safest real estate market among all markets of the real estate of developing countries.
Cabo Verde Republic (also Cape Verde Islands) - is the state on the same islands in Atlantic Ocean, which is in 620 kilometers from the western coast of Africa.
The report on maintenance of a high level of real estate transactions’ safety and observance of the rights of buyers in Cabo Verde Republic will be directed as the sample for imitation to the developing countries’ governments. The World Organization of economic cooperation and development has informed on it today.
Cabo Verde laws have no distinction between foreign and local investors, the state offers for all a high level of safety of transactions and observance of buyers’ rights.
Owing to it for last years foreign investments in Cabo Verde have significantly increased, the State is actively developing, last year growth of economy has made 6,6 %, the forecast for this year makes 7,6 %.
