Country with the happiest population

The group of sociologists has come to conclusion, that in Denmark people feel themselves more happily, than in any other country. The most unfortunate people live in Zimbabwe.

The majority of the postSoviet countries have appeared in the end of the list from 97 countries. So, Russia occupies 88th place in the list, and Georgia is on the 89th place - these countries have the same identical negative result-1,01.

Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and the Armenia are following Georgia, and have settled down in such order directly ahead of Zimbabwe - the country which has appeared on the last, 97th place.

Above Estonia such countries as Rwanda, Pakistan and Ethiopia have settled down. Kirghizia (1,59) and Azerbaijan - 0,13 are the only postSoviet countries with positive rating.

At Denmark the index of happiness has made 4,24. At once for it in the top part of the list Colombia, Iceland and Northern Ireland and Puerto Rico follow. The USA have borrowed 16th place.

Since 1981 global network of sociologists World Values Survey carries out interrogations in the different countries of the world. Within the limits of the present research respondents answered two questions: whether they consider them very happy, happy enough, not so happy or completely not happy and how much they are satisfied with life. In general sociologists have interrogated 350 thousand people.
