			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In Italy attributes of recession of the market of the real estate are officially fixed. They were promulgated in the July report of ground cadastre of Italy Agenzia del Territorio.<br />
In 2007 the sales volume of habitation in the country has decreased on 4,7 % in comparison with the last year. The greatest recession was observed in administrative centers of provinces - in Milan it has made 11,8 %, in Palermo - 12,4 %, and in Naples - 16,2 %.<br />
Also for the first time since 2000 falling of the market in small communes, which is a parameter that the branch is under threat of crisis, has been noted. Falling of a sales volume is accompanied with growth of number of offers. Especially there are too much offers in the north of the country - in regions Veneto, Romania and Lombardy.<br />
Despite of falling of a sales volume, the price continued to grow during 2007. Before it in 2006 prices have risen on 6,1 %: average cost of one square meter in the country has made 1,536 thousand euro.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>According to company MagazinuldeCase, in July average cost of apartments in the secondary market of habitation in Bucharest has decreased on 3 % in comparison with the last month and on the whole of 13 % - in comparison with January.<br />
According to MagazinuldeCase&#8217; report, in July the average price of houses in capital of Romania made 113,628 thousand euro. For comparison, in June it was equaled to 116,999 thousand euro, in January - 119,901 thousand euro.<br />
Also the cost of a rent and if in June it reached 616,9 euros a month in July has fallen up to 594,8 euros has decreased. Rent of three-and four-room apartments has fallen in price on 11 % - up to 894 euros.<br />
In total in July in the secondary real estate market about 3,178 thousand apartments has been sold - it is on 3 % less, than in June.</p>

Such forecast has been made by investing bank Morgan Stanley. In the report of bank it is spoken, that sharper correction of Emirates real estate sector can render wave effect on neighbors across the Near East, and stock quotes of 12 regional companies of the real estate will decrease on the average on 35 %.<br />
Under the worst script, the prices for the real estate in Dubai will follow in the steps of Singapore. We shall remind that there in the end of 90th years prices have fallen on 80 % within one year.<br />
In the first half-year of 2008 prices for habitation in the Emirates have grown on 25 % and it was promoted by such factors as demand, gamble and growth of cost of construction. <p>Six German real estate funds are going to buy offices in east part of Australia for the sum of $1 billion.</p>

Management of German investment company Real IS has come to the decision on purchase of office skyscraper, located in the western part of Sydney. <p>As it has become known, some apartment houses for large families will be placed on a site by the area of 1,77 hectares, and the total area of under construction objects will make 7,7 thousand square meters.</p>
<p>The site of building is located in 300 meters from the architecture monument - a temple of the Sign of Icon Mother in Zaharino and near to the landscape gardening art monument &#8220;Manor Zaharino-Znamenskoe&#8221;.</p>
<p>In total in 2008 in Moscow construction of 190 cottages for large families is planned.</p>

The majority of taken houses exposed on the tenders are in a low or average price range. 83 % of all taken houses are estimated less than in $200 thousand.<br />
Average cost of the house taken for debts, has made $140 thousand whereas 10 years ago it made $70 thousand.</p>

<p>The majority of the postSoviet countries have appeared in the end of the list from 97 countries. So, Russia occupies 88th place in the list, and Georgia is on the 89th place - these countries have the same identical negative result-1,01.</p>
<p>Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and the Armenia are following Georgia, and have settled down in such order directly ahead of Zimbabwe - the country which has appeared on the last, 97th place.</p>
<p>Above Estonia such countries as Rwanda, Pakistan and Ethiopia have settled down. Kirghizia (1,59) and Azerbaijan - 0,13 are the only postSoviet countries with positive rating.</p>
<p>At Denmark the index of happiness has made 4,24. At once for it in the top part of the list Colombia, Iceland and Northern Ireland and Puerto Rico follow. The USA have borrowed 16th place.</p>
<p>Since 1981 global network of sociologists World Values Survey carries out interrogations in the different countries of the world. Within the limits of the present research respondents answered two questions: whether they consider them very happy, happy enough, not so happy or completely not happy and how much they are satisfied with life. In general sociologists have interrogated 350 thousand people.</p>

<p>The building will refer to Stresa and will become the inhabited and commercial premises. The termination of construction is expected in last quarter 2011.</p>
<p>Company GIO will borrow in civil work, and also will operate a building after its construction. House Ferre, which founder has suddenly died last years, will incur the responsibility for registration of skyscraper&#8217;s interior.</p>
<p>agreement on cooperation between the companies, signed, on June, 25th, the will allow the House to receive profit at least in 23 million dollars, and also to have on 10 % from cost of the real estate sold in a skyscraper.</p>
<p>Ferre mass-media representatives have told that the skyscraper has been named Stresa in honor of city, which the architect Ferre loved so much.</p>
<p>Designer Gianfranco Ferre has died in June of the last year of a hemorrhage in a brain. He has been named &#8220;architect&#8221; of the Italian fashion not only for its formation, but also for firm suits and blouses in strict, official style.</p>
