British investment fund London and Regional Properties (L&RP), which represents interests of company Hilton in Russia, invests about 230 million dollars in construction of three socially-business centers Hilton in Rostov-na-Donu, Omsk and Kazan.
Investments in socially-business centers in Omsk (four stars) and Rostov-on-Don (five stars) will make 200 million dollars. The Center in Kazan (three stars) will be smaller and its construction will require 30 million dollars. It is planned to realize these projects within three years.
